Monthly Retainer Services

Our consulting services are billed on a monthly retainer basis. The following refund terms apply:

  • Pre-service cancellation: If you cancel before services begin in a billing period, you are entitled to a full refund of that period's fees.
  • Partial month cancellation: If you cancel mid-month, refunds will be prorated based on services not yet rendered.
  • Completed services: Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our consulting services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of engagement, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues or provide an appropriate refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and company name
  • Date of original purchase/payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or context

Processing Time

We will review all refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Services have been fully rendered as agreed
  • Client has violated our Terms of Service
  • Request is made more than 30 days after the billing date
  • Refund has already been provided for the service period

If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly. Unresolved disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
